On 9 June 2017, Dr Trevor Lane (Education Director and Senior Publishing Consultant of Edanz Group) led a manuscript writing workshop in Hong Kong, China, on behalf of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (HKAM) and HKAM Press.


On November 16 – 21, Dr Trevor Lane, Dr Andrew Jackson, and Dr Ruth Tunn led a series of Author Success Workshops at Universiti Brunei Darussalam.  The workshops were titled Effectively Communicating Your Research, and the attendees fields of study included Social Sciences and Humanities, Business and Economics, Brunei studies, and Asian studies.


On October 5, Dr Daniel McGowan led an author workshop in Mexico, in collaboration with our publisher partner Springer.

On September 29,  Dr Trevor Lane led an Author Success Workshop at Chulabhorn Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand.  The workshop was titled Publishing Clinical Research: Increasing Your Chances of Acceptance. The attendees included doctors (oncology/radiology/internal medicine), nurses, scientists and researchers.
