What Edanz does

• Edits the response letter

• Checks that the response letter and the corresponding manuscript changes are consistent with each other

• Checks that both the manuscript and response letter address each of the reviewers’ comments

• Provides the author with a simple explanation of what is necessary if the responses provided by the author are insufficient.

• Ensures professional, robust and accurate responses (agreements and rebuttals)

What we need

• Your Original manuscript

• Your revised or Original manuscript with Tracked Changes

• Reviewers’ comments (and journal editor’s comments)

• Your Point by Point Response letter (you can download a template here)

• Supporting information if relevant

Fees

To calculate fees for this service, we apply an editing fee to 1) your manuscript, and 2) your response letter (but only the sections that you wrote, not the reviewers’ comments). The Point-by-point fees are based on the number of pages of your manuscript (USD 6 per page).
